Kurt Denning, age 62, died peacefully on November 8, 2022.
He was born June 18, 1960. Kurt was an outgoing person and enjoyed talking to everyone. When on family camping trips he had met everyone in surrounding camp sites within 20 minutes of arriving. This ability to meet and talk to everyone was very beneficial in his future endeavors. He graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1978. While at Idaho Falls High School, he was involved in multiple clubs and organizations.
After graduating from high school he attended Boise State University and held many different jobs in the Boise area. His last job was as a Salesman at Sears Automotive in Boise. He enjoyed assisting all customers in meeting their automotive needs.
He was an avid fly fisherman and could be found on a local stream whenever he had some free time. He was the fishing buddy with his granddad when boat fishing and took great pleasure in teaming up with his granddad and out fishing his brother and dad.
In November 1995 he suffered a brain aneurysm which left him unable to move on his own. After the aneurysm he lived with his parents in Idaho Falls and after they passed he continued to live in the home where he grew up. Everyone was amazed about his positive and joking attitude after he became disabled. He was able to see the positive side in everything
He was preceded in death by both of his parents. He is survived by his older brother, Bryce Denning (Luann), and a nephew Brad Denning (Kristen), three great nephews, an aunt Shirley, an uncle Rickey, and multiple cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at the Buck Murphy Funeral Home. He will be buried at Fielding Memorial Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.BuckMurphy.com. In lieu of flowers a charitable donation to the charity of your choice is requested.
