IDAHO FALLS - Spencer D. Burton, 27 of Idaho Falls died Thursday, May 5, 2011, at his home in Idaho Falls. He was born on October 4, 1983, in Idaho Falls, the son of David H. and Kathryn Ann Wackerli Burton. Spencer attended Falls Valley Elementary School, Sandcreek Middle School and graduated from Hillcrest high School in 2001. He married Kailee Schmalz on June 15, 2010, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Spencer has worked for the Quest Call Center for the last four years. He was a member of the LDS Church and loved hunting, fishing, being in the outdoors, and watching NFL Football. Spencer had a big heart who would help anyone and was very close to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Survivors include his wife, Kailee Burton of Idaho Falls, his mother Kathryn (Andy) Burton and his father, David (Lori) Burton both of Idaho Falls; two sisters, Leah Ann Burton of Idaho Falls, and Trena M. (Matthew) Arritt of Roanoke, Virginia; two ants, Diane (Jim) Gibson of Taylor, Arizona, and Julie (Spencer) Ferguson of Arco. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dean and Gail Wackeri and paternal grandparents, Dee and Lila Burton. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 17th at the Iona LDS 8th Ward Chapel, 4707 E. Iona Rd.in Iona with Bishop Steve Murphy, officiating. Burial will be later that day in the Freedom Cemetery, in Idaho. A visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the services on Tuesday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home in Idaho Falls.
