Leland Glenn Trusty Sr.

Leland Glenn Trusty, Sr., 67, of New Plymouth, ID, left this earth on June 27, 2015, after sustaining injuries from an automobile accident two weeks prior, he is joining the love of his life, his wife Melodye. Glenn's family is planning a Celebration of Life at a later date to be announced. Cremation is under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Glenn was born Dec. 3, 1947 in Lewistown, MT to Leland and Charlotte (Buck) Trusty. He was joined by three sisters; Kay Trusty Bryan, Pinky Trusty Thaut, and Lela Trusty Zuck. Glenn attended grade school in Billings and graduated from Evergreen High School in Vancouver, WA.
Glenn enjoyed spending time with family. His hobbies were many, but he, like his dad, spent endless hours in his wood-shop crafting gifts. His passion was strapping on his tool belt to help others in need. Another love he had was horses and the great outdoors, hunting in his younger years and cattle round-up's in the later.
He left behind a family of many who loved him. Glenn is survived by his son, L. Glenn Trusty, Jr. and wife Hillary; his daughters, Nancy Trusty Hollis and husband Ron and Diana Trusty; grandchildren, Allison Trusty, Amanda Trusty, Alicia Trusty, Trillitye Paullin, Chantel Haywood, Tyler Hollis, Cody Hollis, Travis Palmer, Evelyn Irineo, Nikoa Hollis, Anna Trusty, Robbie Gibbons, Leo Diaz, Anthony Doud, Stephanie Doud, Raymond Berry, Ashley Bissonette, Opal Benzel, and Megan Reed; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
Glenn is preceded in death by his mom and dad, Lee and Charlotte Trusty; and his wife of 18 years, Melodye Trusty.
