Joyce Faye Stultz

Joyce Copenhaver Stultz Our beloved Mother and Grandmother, Joyce Faye Copenhaver Stultz, 77, was graced and joined with her husband, our dad and grandfather, on June 23, 2015. Joyce was born in Filer, Idaho on April 17, 1938 to Opal and Ray Copenhaver. She quickly fell in love and married Jerry Frank Stultz in 1954. They were blessed with four beautiful daughters. Joyce and Jerry were married for 58 blissful years until he passed on January 3, 2012. Over their many years, Joyce resided in the Magic Valley, Logan, Utah and Boise, Idaho, all of the while, taking care of her family and working various jobs. Joyce was a wonderful woman of many trades. She was an amazing cook, immaculate housekeeper, and had a great sense of humor. She loved to read, go garage selling, playing bingo, and spending the day in Jackpot. Joyce was a devoted wife and mother. She was a strong willed woman, who rarely asked for help of others, but was always willing to lend a hand. Joyce is survived by three daughters, Rhonda Faye Craig and Brenda Lee Ford of Meridian, Idaho; and Jerri Sue Felder of Jerome, Idaho; two brothers, Dick Copenhaver of Las Vegas, Nevada and Bill Copenhaver of Oregon. Also surviving are her six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and best friend and companion, Scooter, her dog. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant daughter and two sisters. We all find comfort in knowing that she met dad and found peace. A celebration of Joyce's life will be held as a graveside service at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Filer Cemetery. A reception will follow after the service at the Senior Citizen Haven in Filer. Services are under the direction of White Mortuary, Chapel by the Park, Twin Falls.
