Iona Lee Halpin

Iona Lee Halpin "Blondie" 89 of Idaho Fall, Idaho passed away peacefully at home on October 15, 2019. Iona was born in Maxwell, Nebraska February 8, 1930.
In 1947 she moved to Twin Falls, Idaho where she met Richard R Halpin "Dick". They were married December 29, 1948. They had six children, Linda, Curt, Brad, Janet Doug and Richard II.
Blondie and Dick owned and ran a Dairy Equipment Business from their home for many years.
She was also involved with cub scouts and helped take care of her grandchildren.
They moved from Twin Falls to Idaho Falls in 1957 and built their home in 1958 where she has resided since. She has 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband "Dick", 3 sons Doug, Brad and Richard and 2 grandchildren, Amy and J.C. Services will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 2:00pm with a Visitation to begin at 1:00pm at Buck Miller Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th St. Burial to be at Fielding Memorial Cemetery Immediately following.Iona Lee Halpin "Blondie"
