Etta Lee Carter, 98, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in Parkwood Meadows of Idaho Falls on September 22, 2018. She will be greatly missed by her family. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were made under the direction of Buck Miller Hann Funeral Home. Online condolences can be left at www.buckmillerhann.com.
