Deborah Michelle Owens

Deborah Michelle Owens, age 54, and resident of Idaho Falls peacefully passed away in her home on December 10, 2018. She will be greatly missed. Deborah was born to Joan Mehner and Stan Owens on December 20, 1963 in Salt Lake City, Utah. During her early life, she attended Bonneville High School and later attended the Eastern Idaho Technical College. During her adult life, she worked in many grocery stores. She totaled over 30 years of employment in the grocery store business, Albertson's being her latest place of employment. Deborah enjoyed collecting dolphin figurines and was a deeply loving mother to her wonderful son, Kyle.
She is survived by her son, Kyle Owens, father Stan Owens, mother Joan Mehner, sister Julie Thompson, Brother Jarrod Owens, brother Joshua Owens, and her grandmother, Anna Eddington. Deborah is preceded in death by her two brothers, Ray Owens and Jason Owens. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 11 am - 1 pm at Buck Miller Hann Funeral Home located at 825 East 17th Street Idaho Falls, Idaho 83404. Graveside services will follow at Fielding Cemetery at 1:30 pm. Fielding is located at 4900 S Yellowstone Hwy, Idaho Falls, Idaho. A luncheon will be held after graveside services at New Hope Church, located at 1571 South Ammon Road, Ammon, ID 83406. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Kyle Owens's education fund. Funeral arrangements were made under the direction of Buck Miller Hann Funeral Home.
