Idaho Falls, Idaho Bryon Michael Christopher Kunkel, 26, passed away early Sunday morning, October 18, 2015. He was born in Medford, Oregon, July 13, 1989. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran and a volunteer with the Ammon Fire Department. He was a loving father of his 3 year old son, Hunter Kunkel, other surviving family members include his mother, Elizabeth (David) Monk; brothers, Nick and Luke Monk; maternal grandmother, Shirley Kunkel; uncles, Tony (Kathy) Kunkel and Brent (Patty) Kunkel. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 24, 2015, at Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th Street in Idaho Fall. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow the service at the Ammon Fire Department, 2137 South Ammon Road, in Ammon. The family will receive friends at this time.
