Below is a list of frequently asked questions about live streaming broadcasts of services.
Typically the live broadcast will start 15 minutes before the service starts. During this time before the service, a screen with our logo will usually be displayed with the text "Live stream will start soon." As soon as the service starts, the broadcast will transition to the live feed.
Due to copyright laws pertaining to the music industry, we are not allowed to play recorded music on our live feeds. The audio for the broadcast will be muted until after the musical selection has finished.
While we make every effort to provide the best audio/visual experience during our broadcast, there are many factors that may cause poor quality streaming including but not limited to general internet problems, computer/server issues and issues with Facebook which can exist on either the broadcast's or viewer's end.
If you are unable to hear any audio on the broadcast, please first ensure the volume on your viewing device is turned up and not muted. Please note that we are required by music industry copyright laws to mute our broadcast during the playing of pre-recoded music. During this time no sound will be heard. Audio will resume once the musical selection is over.
